Let your imagination run wild in this joyful and interactive exhibition for kids, by Nottingham artist Fish Fingers Wrapped in Ham.

With an interest in pseudonyms, Brian (FFWIH) explores humorous observations and character invention, whilst taking inspiration from everyday conversations. With the experimentation of different media, his illustration, painting and exhibition work explores the child-like intrinsic qualities to create and play.

The illustration produced here is inspired by the surrounding area of Lakeside Arts. From previous memories to current sightings, Brian attempts to illustrate a narrative of his own visual experience.

Created with symbols, shapes and simple characters, the walls are filled with a story showing the importance of playing outside. In life, not everything is black and white.

Brian invites you to colour in the landscape, using the pencil crayons provided, to bring it to life.
