From our fully equipped black box Performing Arts Studio to our 200-seat Djanogly Theatre, we have a range of spaces to accommodate the needs of artists and companies. The Djanogly Recital Hall and adjacent Rehearsal Hall are regularly used to host music courses, concerts, and rehearsals of all shapes and sizes.
You’ll be in safe hands with our experienced technical team, who have supported the development of numerous theatre and dance productions. We can offer state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and staging packages in all of our venues to suit the nature of your event. Our Box Office and Front of House teams have extensive experience of running our year-round arts programme and can be on hand to help make your event a success.
In addition, by hosting your event at Lakeside you are helping to support the arts in Nottingham. Every penny earned from the hire of our spaces goes towards supporting our artistic and social aims.

There is. However, exactly how much parking depends on when your event is taking place. There are two free car parks next to Lakeside but they are often very busy during the daytime.
If your event is before 4pm on a weekday, then we recommend you talk to a member of our team about parking and travel to help work out what’s best.
If your event is on a weekday evening or at a weekend, then you and your guests can park for free anywhere on University Park Campus in addition to the two car parks closest to our buildings.
