Lakeside Arts is recruiting five University of Nottingham student Arts Management Trainees for the academic year 2025-26.

These five positions will work alongside the Head of Music Programmes and Director of Performance (Department of Music) to deliver an exciting programme of University music making, including managing the University Philharmonia or Choir and Chamber Choir.

Through mentoring and training the successful candidates will develop skills in: concert management, artistic planning, ensemble management, marketing and music librarianship.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with excellent people skills. They will also be able to demonstrate good organisational skills and may have experience managing an ensemble in a University context. Third-year and postgraduate students considering a career in arts administration are particularly encouraged to apply.
