The University Choir and Chamber Choir launch the new academic year with a breathtaking celebration of four centuries of British choral music.
For the first concert of the academic year the University Choir and Chamber Choir perform British music Purcell to contemporary Nottingham-born Judith Bingham known especially for her contribution to choral repertoire. Benjamin Britten’s Rejoice in the Lamb based on Christopher Smart’s witty, idiosyncratic poem ‘Jubilate Agno’ celebrates God in all things.
