Dr Mark Rawlinson draws on more than twenty years of experience across higher education, galleries, museums, and public arts programming. As the founder of Off-Campus and a director at Sequence CIC, he translates complex ideas in art, photography, and visual culture into vivid, accessible learning. His work bridges rigorous academic thinking with community-facing practice—delivering independent teaching and participatory visual projects that use photography to build confidence, connection, and civic voice.
