Rome wasn’t built in a day – the city and its monuments took centuries.

Monumentum means “memorial”. Rome’s great buildings were of course functional and beautified the city, but they also glorified and immortalised the emperors who built them. View glorious Rome – from beautiful temples to bustling Forums, the roaring Colosseum – and those amazing Emperors! Join Dr Paul Roberts OBE, former Keeper of Antiquities at the Ashmolean Museum, for this talk.
