William Stukeley first wrote about the Norton Disney area in 1722, and its archaeology has continued to surprise and delight ever since.

In this talk, Richard Parker, Secretary of the Norton Disney History and Archaeology Group, explores the site’s early history and some of its most intriguing discoveries, discussed within the context of Stukeley’s observations.
