Drop in anytime between 12noon & 3.30pm

Age range

Suitable for ages 7+

Investigate some of the science behind archaeology with members of the York Archaeology team.

See artefacts being scanned by a 3D printer, have a look down the microscope of an archaeobotanist, investigate animal bones, and handle archaeological collections. Don’t forget to visit our related Prehistoric Lives in the Trent Valley exhibition.
