Goodnight Grooves

This calming and creative workshop invites young children and their grown-ups to move, stretch, and play together through the theme of sleep. Inspired by lullabies, dreamy stories, and soft rhythms, families will enjoy a gentle introduction to dance that supports bonding, emotional expression, and sensory exploration.

This workshop is designed for parents or carers to stay and enjoy the creativity. Tickets only need to be booked for children attending; this ticket includes one free adult space.
