Celebrate this Nottingham exhibition Counter Culture: 175 years of shopping at Boots with this free tote bag workshop with award-winning textile designer Debbie Bryan.

Using beautiful archival imagery and inspired by the Counter Culture exhibition, celebrate Boots’ rich heritage by crafting and customising a tote bag with textile designer, Debbie Bryan. Indulge in a multitude of textile techniques to embellish, design and transform – from hand-embroidery, fabric manipulation and appliqué to illustration and gilding.

Be gifted a small Craft Away kit to continue your creative techniques at home.

Explore the Debbie Bryan Pinterest page prior to visiting for heaps of useful inspiration here.

Please provide your own tote bag to customise. A small selection will be available to choose from if you are unable to bring your own.

Doors open from 11.45am.
