Drop in anytime between 12noon & 3.30pm

Age range

Suitable for ages 7+

Young visitors can take part in prehistoric-themed craft activities, including coil pot making – perfect for budding archaeologists.

Handle archaeological artefacts with York Archaeology’s finds officers. Try artefact photogrammetry and digital modelling with York Archaeology’s specialist and handle 3D-printed scale models of the real objects on display. The Finds Liaison Officer will also join us to show finds from the region.
