Starters

Squash and Orange soup (vegan, gluten free)
Orange and five spice marinated roasted butternut squash soup, served with garlic and rosemary crostini.

Cured salmon (gluten free)
Beetroot, dill and lime cured salmon slices served with a beetroot and horseradish hung yogurt salad.

Veggie Paté trio (vegetarian)
A trio of beetroot, peas and corn paté served with rosemary and garlic crostini.
 

Mains

Classic turkey dinner
Turkey leg with a clementine, cranberries and sage stuffing and a “pig in blanket” heart. Served with red wine braised red cabbage, Brussel sprouts, and a carrots and potatoes mash and port and cranberries reduction.

Miso salmon (gluten free)
Miso butter marinated salmon with roasted beetroots, poached spiced pears, endive and a white wine sauce.

Squash and Beets (vegan, gluten free)
Seasonal spices marinated and roasted butternut squash and beetroot with macerated pears radishes and shallots on a bed of pea puree.

Walnut Pesto ravioli (vegetarian)
Three large ravioli with a mushroom and leek filling in a walnut pesto sauce.
