Lakeside Multibuy

We know that many people like to plan ahead and book multiple events at Lakeside, including inspirational talks, workshops and performances. In recognition of your enthusiasm for the breadth of events Lakeside offers we are introducing a new discount scheme. Book for more than one event – any combination of paid ticketed show, concert, talk or workshop – in a single transaction and save between 5% and 20% on your total order*.

Discounts will be automatically applied to all online, phone and in person bookings. The final discount will be determined by the total number of individual full price tickets booked across multiple events in a single order.

The different multibuy discount levels are as follows:

Number of events per order* Multibuy discount
2 5%
3 7.5%
4 to 5 10%
6 to 8 12.5%
9 to 13 15%
14 plus 20%

For example, purchase five tickets across three events – two tickets for two events, and one for a third event – you will receive the ‘three events multibuy discount’ (7.5% off) for one ticket per event, and the ‘two events discount’ (5% off) for the remaining two tickets – meaning a combined 6.5% saving.

*Discount applied only to full price tickets booked in a single transaction. Discount does not apply to free ticketed events and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Reservations

It is possible to reserve tickets and pay at a future date. Reservations can be held for a maximum of three days. If the day of an event falls within three days of a reservation being made, the tickets will be held until 30 minutes before the start of the event.

How to Make a Donation when Booking Tickets

There are many ways in which you can donate and contribute towards the continuing success of Lakeside Arts. When you buy or book a ticket online, you can now round-up your purchase at the checkout to the nearest £1 or more. You can also donate any amount, big or small, when buying tickets in person, over the phone or online.

Group Discounts

School and college groups receive one free ticket for a teacher or carer for every nine tickets purchased. All other groups can buy nine tickets and get the tenth ticket free (this applies to the cheapest ticket). To receive the group booking discount, tickets must be booked in advance and in one transaction. Group discounts do not apply to workshops.
