Morecambe and Wise meets David Lynch in this madcap reimagining of the Brontë myth, presented in Publick Transport’s irreverent and playful style. The real and imaginary worlds of Yorkshire’s literary siblings are the inspiration for an evening of physical theatre and eccentric comedy, as two performers deconstruct not only gothic themes of love, madness, repression and revenge, but also themselves.

A mini comedic masterpiece...constantly keeps the audience on its toes, giggling and guffawing throughout a highly entertaining hour... ambitious, risk-taking, edgy, just downright different – StageTalk Magazine

"masters of their art" ★★★★ The Scotsman

"This is Brontë as you've never seen it before - and will never forget...Sarah Corbett and Angus Barr have devised a show the like of which may never come again...exquisite physical comedy...mad, delightfully silly, and very accomplished" ★★★★ SGFringe

"intelligent, offbeat humour...supremely entertaining" ★★★★ Fringe Guru

"a sharply witty and hugely enjoyable piece of physical theatre which, with immense skill, teeters just on the edge of insanity." ★★★★ EdFringe Review

"Wonderfully clowning" ★★★★ ACROSStheARTS
