Chopin, Four Mazurkas Beethoven's Sonata No 32 in C minor, Op.111 Mason Bates, White Lies for Lomax Liszt, Liebestraume Nos 2 & 3 Balakirev, Islamay In 2009 Haochen Zhang became one of the youngest participants and the first Chinese recipient to win, jointly, the Gold Medal at the Thirteenth Van Cliburn International Piano Competition. Since then he has toured extensively performing across the USA, Europe and Asia. Making his debut recital tour to the UK we are particularly pleased to welcome Haochen Zhang to Lakeside for what promises to be a truly memorable concert.
