THIS EVENT TOOK PLACE IN 2010 Marek Tobolewski has been artist in residence at Lakeside Arts Centre during 2010, working away at paintings and prints for his one person exhibition in the Djanogly Art Gallery (New Paintings and Drawings: Continuum in Symmetry from 8 May to 13 June 2010). At this event you can meet the artist in his studio and talk to him about the processes he employs in his painting as he works on a large commission for the University’s music department. Then Marek will give you a guided tour of his exhibition where you can see the finished work from the residency. This event is Free but please contact the box office to book a place on 0115 846 7777
