THIS PERFORMANCE TOOK PLACE IN 2008 Click here to listen to a sample of their music.

Track name 'Ya Ta Kaaya' from their album 'Soul Science'. Justin Adams, one of today’s most creative and interesting guitarists, composers and producers has an unmatched knowledge of both blues and African styles developed over 20 years working with an array of musicians including Robert Plant, Tinariwen, Brian Eno and Jah Wobble. He is joined by Juldeh Camara, a Gambian griot and master musician, and Adams's long time percussionist Salah Dawson Miller, who has played with an extraordinary array of artists including Philip Glass, The Drifters and Dr. John. Adams and Camara’s collaborative album, Soul Science envisions a modern world in which ancient spirits are not extinguished by red tape and computers but enlivened by the crackle of rock and roll electricity. On Justin Adams and Juldeh Camara’s album Soul Science: Unquestionably the cross-cultural album of the year. The Independent WINNERS of the Cultural Crossing BBC3 World Music Award 2008.
