THIS PERFORMANCE TOOK PLACE IN 2009 Barley and Joseph have come along very different musical routes to eventually find themselves in a similar place: where there’s a passion to explore all kinds of music, and an openness to the unexpected delights of collaborations. In the first half of the concert, Barley plays solo Bach and Joseph presents a short set of jazz standards, both of them thereby showing their musical roots.
