University Philharmonia and Chamber Choir finish the academic year with a spirited programme with a French flavour. The concert opens with Ravel’s jazz-inspired Piano Concerto performed by alumna Li Min Ong. A choral interlude is provided by selections from Berlioz’s Songs for chorus and piano. Mozart’s symphony nicknamed ‘Paris’ brings the concert to a sparkling close.
