University Choir & Philharmonia

University of Nottingham students, staff and alumni join to perform Puccini’s Messa di Gloria completed at the age of 22 as a graduation exercise. This work exudes youthful energy and joyful melodies. Saint-Saëns’ Symphony No.3 is widely known as the ‘Organ Symphony’ owing to its prominence especially in the brilliantly exuberant finale.

Named as one of the ‘top 10 venues for chamber music in the UK’ these concerts celebrate the Recital Hall and extraordinary musicians – internationally renowned professionals, students and teachers – who have performed in it over the years.
