Find out about the varied work taking place throughout Nottinghamshire by local history, heritage and archaeology societies, community groups, archaeological units and museums. The event will include displays, craft activities, living history events, handling of original material, talks, and the opportunity to have archaeological finds identified.

Suitable for everyone including those with a general interest, people taking part in historical and archaeological work, and anyone wanting to escape into the past for a day.

*The day begins with short talks on local history and archaeology projects in the Djanogly Recital Hall, 11am-12.15pm. Free, advance booking recommended.
