For the Romans, life meant getting together to eat and drink. Last supper in Pompeii celebrates the Roman love affair with food and drink – a journey, from fields and vineyards to markets and shops.

In this talk Dr Paul Roberts will discuss his latest exhibition at the Ashmolean Museum which includes objects on loan from Pompeii and Naples, many which have never left the country before.
