1 February 2012 - April 30 2012 After graduating from Nottingham Trent University’s Decorative Arts course and being selected for Young Meteors at Lustre 2011, Suet Yi Yip’s star is definitely in the ascendant. Born in Hong Kong Suet Yi grew up in a city crowded with buildings and people and dreamt of living in a quiet place close to lakes and hills. It is this love of the countryside from which she takes her inspiration, but it is the interaction between her hands and the clay that triggers her creativity.
