Angear Visitor Centre in the Djanogly Gallery Wallner Gallery (DHL Pavilion) Hijacking Natural Systems Jo Berry Jo Berry spent six months working with scientists at the Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham, studying how a ‘hunger’ hormone stimulates the body’s cells, potentially paving the way for new drug treatments for obesity and diabetes by ‘turning hunger on and off’. Her stunning series of lightboxes and digital drawings explores the connections between art and science and celebrates both the human body and the use of new technology.
