Children & Families
Unfortunately, having considered our socially-distanced options for safely welcoming The Elves and The Shoemaker to Lakeside Arts this Christmas, Stuff and Nonsense and Lakeside have agreed that it's sadly not possible to proceed. We are hugely sorry to disappoint our many families who look forward to coming to Lakeside around Christmas time especially. We will be in touch with all ticket bookers to offer refunds shortly.
We are continuing to explore different options with Stuff and Nonsense and hope to be able to offer access to a digital, pay per view version of The Gingerbread Man later this year. Please watch our website for more information.
Sam Lacey makes shoes that are truly out of this world but his shoe-making business is a disaster! Why would anyone buy a pair of banana skin slippers or spend money on shoes for a spider?!
Then, one night, two tiny green visitors climb into Sam’s kitchen and start stitching and cutting and snipping and gluing. Sam is about to get a very big surprise...
Children under the age of 18 months can receive a free baby/toddler ticket, however they are expected to sit/be on their parent/guardian’s lap. If you wish for a child that is eligible for a baby/toddler ticket to have their own seat, a ticket must be purchased at the appropriate price. Tickets must be purchased for all accompanying adults. For more information please visit the Booking Tickets page of our website.
