Look down. What are you standing on? Explore the ground and all of its wriggling inhabitants in this quirky dance show for young children.

Featuring worms, slugs, snails, spontaneous outbreaks of ant dancing and plenty of obscure insect-related facts, Grass uses performance, puppetry and projection to inspire children to look closely at the world around them, to get mucky and play!

Did you know 20% of the world is covered in grass?! Check out the Grass website for loads more fun facts, activities and videos.

An East Midlands Children’s Theatre and Dance Network tour.

Meet the Minibeast drop-in session - POSTPONED

Due to traffic delays because of Marathon our minibeasts can't come to Lakeside on Sunday because they need to be kept warm.

So when you come to see Grass, we will give you a special voucher to meet giant millipedes, snails and all sorts of fascinating creepy crawlies in this handling session organised by the Highfields Park Ranger.
