Annual Giving Programme Lifts Off!

The University of Nottingham generously meets Lakeside’s core staff costs and provides our wonderful facilities.  However, we still need to generate additional income to support our ambitious programme, and to maintain our commitment to excellence across all areas of operation.

You can help by signing up to one of 7 Classical Planets on a celestial journey towards the Sun – for as little as £50 or £100 a year up to £2,500 or more.

The higher you ascend, the more bespoke the experiences and in return for your donation we will ensure you have access to a range of opportunities and experiences which are not generally available.  From prioritised booking + special offers in the café and shop, to personalised behind-the-scenes tours, performing on the Steinway Grand for friends, or even conducting an orchestra!

Find out more by downloading our leaflet, or contact James Parkinson on 0115 7484156 or Shona Powell on 0115 8467123 for more information

Other ways to donate

Micro-Giving

When you buy or book  a ticket online, you can now round-up your purchase at the checkout to the nearest £1 or more. You can also donate any amount, big or small, at the checkout if you wish to. All the money that we receive in donations is re-invested back into our Programme so that we can continue to bring you high quality work and enable us to deliver access to excellence across Lakeside – in the Theatre, Galleries, Museum, Recital Hall and through our Learning activities.

Sponsor A Seat

Create a little bit of magic at Christmas time

We need your help to make Christmas even more magical for children and families in 2017 by naming a seat for yourself or a loved one in the Djanogly Theatre.

The sum raised from every seat sponsored will enable us to make The Glass Slipper – a brand new musical theatre production inspired by the timeless story of Cinderella – by the wonderful team who made our adaptation of A Christmas Carol in 2013 and Neverland in 2015.

Not only will you have the deep satisfaction of knowing what you've helped to create, but all seat sponsors will be invited to an exclusive dress rehearsal of the production, and will have an opportunity to meet the company and crew and have their photos taken on the set.

If you're a UK tax payer we can also gain the Gift Aid back on the £250.

Thank you.
