Welcome to Lakeside Arts

Welcome to Nottingham Lakeside Arts

Welcome to Nottingham Lakeside Arts, The University of Nottingham's exciting programme of exhibitions, music, drama, dance, special collections archaeology, participatory and family events for everyone.

Over the next 12 months you'll see changes in our branding and website which reflect our new title, and which provide you with better, clearer information about what we do - working in the community, with University colleagues and artists, and in partnerships regionally, nationally and internationally.

In the meantime, please bear with us through the machinations of tramworks, and finding new ways to Lakeside via the North and West Entrances.

Lakeside Chinese New Year Celebrations Cancelled: Fireworks Rescheduled for 8 March

With regret and no small element of disappointment, we had to take the decision to postpone ALL of the Chinese New Year Celebration events on Sunday 22 February as a result of wind speed and direction and heavy rain.  We have rescheduled the fireworks display to take place on 8 March. However, please check back for more updates on this as we are dependent on suitable weather conditions in order to go ahead. For more information, please see our Chinese New Year page. We apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience caused.

Driving to Lakeside

The South Entrance to University Park Campus has been partly reopened. It is now possible to take a left turn into and out of the Campus. It is still not possible to take a right turn into or out of the South Entrance.

The West or North entrances might still be a good alternative to avoid delays. Please contact Box Office on 0115 846 7777 should you require more detailed advice on directions.
